If we can't deliver, you don't pay — Stars are refunded automatically.

Because we sell digital codes, refunds work a little differently from physical goods. Here's the simple version.

Automatic refunds

If a code can't be delivered for any reason, the bot refunds your Telegram Stars automatically — you don't need to ask.

Revealed codes

Once a code has been shown to you or redeemed, it is considered used and can't be refunded. Please double-check the pack before buying.

Wrong region or issue

If a code doesn't work as expected, contact support in the bot with your order id. We'll investigate and make it right where we can.
