PUBG UC Code Not Working? Here's What to Do
A UC code that won't redeem is almost always a small fixable thing. Run through this checklist first.
Most 'code not working' problems come down to a typo, the wrong redemption page, or a region mismatch — not a bad code. Here's how to sort it out.
Quick checks
Try these in order:
- Copy the code exactly from “My orders” — no extra spaces
- Make sure you're on the official redemption page for the right game
- Check the code hasn't already been entered
- Confirm the pack's region matches your account if noted
Right game, right currency
UC is for PUBG Mobile and NC is for PUBG: New State. Redeeming a code on the wrong game's page won't work — double-check which you bought.

Open the bot's support option and send your order id (it's under “My orders”). If a code genuinely failed to deliver, your Telegram Stars are refunded automatically.
